We can prepare a search for your perfect property through the Realtor® Association of Acadiana's Multiple Listing Service and/or the Louisiana Commercial Database (www.lacdb.com) which consists of thousands of Realtors®of whom enter their listings in the data bases. When we enter your criteria, the listings are from our company and many different real estate companies of which we work with. Every day new listings will appear as well as listings that have info that has changed like, price changes or missing info that has been obtained. We can set you up to be emailed daily with new properties that match your search criteria or we can contact you personally. We also maintain a Buyer Network that you can be part of. If you are interested in viewing a property, just give us a call and we will set up an appointment. If you see a property while driving and you want information on it, just call us with the location, even if it isn't our sign. We know our Clients are very busy and we try to make the buying process very convenient.
